Public sector entities and regulators

We help public sector entities fulfil their statutory duties in a way that makes the most of data and innovation, while complying with laws and building trust with the communities they serve. Responsibility in the use of technology is of paramount importance in the public sector, where unaccountable uses can lead to widespread unfairness and erosion of rule of law principles. We therefore advise authorities and regulators to lead by example and empower them to properly govern tech and data uses. We have notably produced a practice note for Thomson Reuters Practical Law Company (PLC) on Transparent AI use in the public sector.
